At B’n’M Pole Company Sales, we stand behind our gear just like we stand with you on the water. We’re committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase, whether it’s one of our trusted Crappie Rigs, a new Fishing Pole, or the latest Duck Commander apparel. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. That’s why we’ve made our returns and exchanges process as straightforward as casting a line on a calm morning.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused, and unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • DVDs (once opened or the seal is broken)
  • Collectibles / Gifts of a personal or custom nature
  • Apparel and other items where the hygiene seal or tags have been removed.
For your safety and ours, all returned items are inspected before any refund is processed.

The Simple Steps to Return or Exchange

Follow these easy steps to get your return or exchange processed quickly:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, shoot us an email at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We’ll get back to you pronto with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  2. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your receipt or packing slip, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  3. Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our shop.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to notify you. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal), within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to post to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item back to you.
