Howdy, fellow angler! At B’n’M Pole Company Sales, we’re dedicated to getting your gear to you as fast as a fish on a line. Here’s how we handle shipping:

  • Order Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipping. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipping.

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our products just like we stand with you on the water. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused, and unopened items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • DVDs (if opened or seal is broken)
  • Collectibles / Gifts of a personal or custom nature
  • Apparel and other items with removed hygiene seals or tags

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to get your return or exchange processed quickly:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  2. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your receipt, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  3. Ship It Back: Mail your return to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our shop.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to post to your account.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.
