4. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional days for the refund to post to your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs to send your new item.
